Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are fully accessible to you before the conclusion of the contract and can be provided to you personally upon request. Before signing the contract, we offer you the opportunity to review our GTC in paper form or digitally and familiarize yourself with all relevant provisions.
- Contractual Basis
These GTC govern the business relationship between you and Manfred Brauner and are part of all contracts concluded between you and us. By concluding a contract, you acknowledge our terms and conditions as binding.
- Personal Insight and Consultation
If you have questions about specific provisions of our GTC, our employees are happy to assist you personally to explain them in detail. Our goal is to ensure that you fully understand the contract content and can make an informed decision.
- Changes and Adjustments to the GTC
Manfred Brauner reserves the right to adjust these GTC at any time. Changes will be communicated to you in a timely manner and will take effect no earlier than the beginning of the next contract period, unless another agreement has been made.
- Severability Clause
If individual provisions of these GTC are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The statutory regulations shall replace the invalid provisions.
- Applicable Law
These GTC, as well as all contracts concluded between you and [Company Name], are governed by the law of the Republic of Austria.
