Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website and email communication.

Contacting Us
If you contact us via a form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and for follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

Data Storage
Additionally, for the purpose of contract processing, the following data is stored with us: customer name, date of birth, appointment dates, primary residence address, rental property address, as well as payment records and invoices. The data you provide is necessary for contract fulfillment or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data is not shared with third parties except with our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

In the event of a contract conclusion, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the statutory retention period for tax purposes (7 years). If the rental process is canceled, the data stored with us will be deleted. Additionally, the data, including name, address, purchased items, and purchase date, will be stored until the expiration of product liability (10 years). Data processing occurs based on the legal provisions of § 96(3) TKG as well as Art 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.

Your Rights
You have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection laws or that your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
