Our stylish and comfortable secondary residence apartments offer you the perfect retreat in Vienna - be it for business trips or a longer break for relaxation and leisure activities. For students or workers, a rental period of 3 to 6 months is possible, for relaxation and leisure we are open to a longer rental period.
Enjoy the special atmosphere of our lovingly renovated old Viennese house and experience a pleasant time in a quiet, well-kept environment.
The house is centrally located in the 14th district of Vienna in Penzing, in the immediate vicinity of public transport and shops for everyday life.
The house is run as a family business and is very available to answer any questions or provide assistance.
